Adventures
with Lil’ Debbie

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.
— Helen Keller

Life isn’t complicated enough, so we decided we’d squeeze into a tiny trailer with our two, large dogs and call that a fun time. #lildebbie

Lil’ Debbie is the affectionate name we’ve given our tiny home on wheels. I love her, until I don’t. For those times, I call her Deb. Those who have RVs or boats, I’m sure you understand.

Mark Twain once said: “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.”

I’m pretty sure Twain didn’t mean travel in a 16 ft. camper trailer with 2 dogs and 2 full-sized humans, but here we are. I agree with Twain, and I’d like to add to his contention: when you travel in a cramped space with zero creatures on board who have actually ever camped before, it teaches you patience, expands your capacity for forgiveness, and makes your friends & family question your sanity.
